Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hello, we recently had a leak from our upstairs neighbors which has caused damage and warpage to our bedroom ceiling and we will need to replace it and replaster/paint. I am looking for someone who can do a good job and cause the least disruption possible. I have used someone recommended once but he left such a mess around the house that I really don't want to use again. I am also looking for someone who can provide me with an invoice for insurance claim purposes.
Any reccomendations? I don't mind paying a bit more for someone who is truly capable and trustworthy.

Mark Anthony also did a job for me recently.
He was quick to respond, completed as promised, to good standard and did a good job cleaning up.
