Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Plants needed for plant stall at South Harringay School summer fair

Hello Harringay Online community!

I have volunteered to run the plant stall at South Harringay School's summer fair on the 17th of June. I am on the hunt for any plant donations, either for the garden or house plants. Do you have an excess of seedlings, something that needs dividing or just a houseplant you’re sick of the sight of that I could rehome? If you think you could help then please get in touch by replying to this post or send me a connection request so I can arrange collection.

Previous parents have done a fantastic job running the stall and I’d love to continue that tradition. The event is the biggest fundraiser for the school so all in a great cause with all money raised going to our school. Even if you don’t have anything to donate you are still welcome to attend the fair and support a local school - the food options are always delicious!

12noon to 4pm - Saturday 17th June - South Harringay School Playground, Mattison Road N4.

Thank you

I can contribute an unwanted house plant if it can be collected from me! Too awkward to carry and I don't have a car. I can also dig up a couple of baby bay trees that have appeared.

Amazing, thanks Sarah. I’ve sent you a connection request and we can organise when is best for me to collect for you.

I have a few spider plants and chilli plants if of interest - collection n8?

Perfect! Thank you Hannah. Also sent you a connection request :)

Hi Anna,

I have a few houseplants I'd be happy to donate.  I could deliver them to you or take them to the school on the morning of the fair.

Sue

Hi Sue, that’s great. Thank you. I’m over by Woodlands Park children’s centre N15, but more than happy to collect from your home or bringing them to the school would also be perfect. Let me know what suits you best?

I have a car and am happy to drop them off if you tell me where to leave them.  Otherwise you can collect from me in Tottenham N15.

I've got lots of little tomato plants, chillies, bergamot flowers, a baby walnut tree, Cuban oregano. We used to do the plant stall at South Harringay back in the day! Please contact me and we can arrange to drop them off

I have a few surplus small plants in the potting shed that were grown from seed, eg half a dozen marigolds, a few salvias, a couple of courgettes.  Your are welcome to have them, or to come and choose.

Hi Dick, thanks so much, they sound amazing. I’ll send you a connection request to organise collection.

Hi Anna, do you still want the plants?  If so I could drop them off somewhere on Thursday morning just let me know where.

Sue
