I have a renewable supply - or perhaps you mean the paint. This is not a solution to the problem that all sorts of people need relief - a greater number of public facilities might be a solution. Or stand at 45 degrees to the wall which trsnsfars the rebound tothe chap standing next toyou

If it's just a lack of toilet facilities, how come it's overwhelmingly just men who are peeing in public? (And yes, we've all seen women on occasion, but nothing like as frequently as we see men)
