Partial Solar Eclipse- Tuesday am

You might be intersted to know there will be a partial solar eclipse on Tuesday (4th Jan) morning around 8.30-9am. Apparently it will be around 70% in London. Might be worth telling the kids about it (?), but with the obvious safety warnings about staring at the sun directly- assuming the clouds part.

I went to Penzance when we had the full eclispe in 1999, and of course I was rewarded by a cloudy, gloomy darkness and some startled birds....
