Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Parking Vouchers - CPZ

Hi all

I wondered if anyone had any daily and weekend vouchers spare that they are looking to sell.

We're away on holiday from next weekend, and we have a friend house/catsitting but he does have a car, and so far Haringey Council aren't responding to the email I sent last week asking them for an application form (as that's the way they insist on doing it according to the website). Time is running short so I wondered if anyone on here had sme they wanted to get rid off.

Oh right, I see,  are they specific to areas? (the website wasn't clear on that, and as I don't have a car I don't really pay much attention to things like that). The Sandlings estate

You need to look at the signage by the parking bays and they will say something like " Green Lanes A " or " Wood Green B " The parking voucher has to correspond.

I think You can go to the customer services centre in wood green and pick some up in person if you have all the documentation you need. http://www.haringey.gov.uk/index/contact/customer_services/contact_...
I have done this before when we needed some at very short notice all though I seem to remember it took about 2 hours!

Thank you all for your help and replies. I got hold of the council this morning and an incredibly nice & helpful man called Colm, who gave me all the info I needed (I had no idea there was a difference between the Homes for Haringey parking and Haringey Council parking - doh) and has sorted my vouchers out and got them in tonight's post. I was quite stunned with the level of service - that's the second time in less than a week that someone in Haringey Council has done what they said they would when they would. Never had that with any other Borough's council.
