We've been a bit quiet on the social front this summer because we've been busy preparing for the new term. You may have seen our GCSE results last week. If not please check out local press here. Heather Cant, broke the school’s achievement record and became our first student to ever achieve nine A*s! We are thrilled that our students have worked so hard and proud they have done so well.

It is exciting times for Rhythm Sticks, our school band. They have set a launch date for their album and have even managed to secure a very special location to play at. The British Library have requested a copy of the album to display and store in their archives...more dates and details to follow.
In June, Year 8 students took part in a project about Kenwood House. The aim of the project was to create films based on historical events. Year 8 was chosen to create project as linked to their curriculum on slave trade. To see the completed work, please check out the videos on our Youtube channel.
Year 10 students have been working hard towards gaining their Tennis Leadership Certificate.
