Parcel signed for at wrong address
We were expecting a parcel to be delivered this week and have now discovered it has been - to the same number house as ours but on a different Ladder road. I don't want to give away any personal info, but if you live at 106 of your road and have signed for a parcel from Yodel that's definitely not yours and not for your street, can you please let me know and we'll come and collect it asap.
We do have the name of who signed for it but Yodel are being next to useless and say it's not their problem and we need to go back to the place we bought it from to trigger a lost parcel search. We have also knocked at this address, but there's been no answer.

They really are! The driver said he'd go back, but clearly didn't bother.
We'll put a note through as well, see if that nudges the people to pass the parcel on, so to speak.

Yodel's contract is with the supplier, not you, so they don't really care about you.
Tell whoever you bought it from you want a refund as it hasn't been delivered and let them sort Yodel out.
