Following the sale of Flame next door, I've just had confirmation that Obergine is now sold. The best information is that it's to be a bar / cocktail lounge / burger bar.

Hey, maybe this will be a damn fine bar/burger joint - and with the development of the Salisbury Piazza coming Q1 2014, it'll be a nice spot for a cafe/bar/restaurant.

But do you honestly believe that I'd indulge in speculation without labelling it as such? Our shareholders would have me sacked in a minute! The update comes from the Harringay Trader's Association which, in this instance, I treat as an informed source.
