Don't be so coy Nick, I'm sure you know that there are Australian's behind this business too. They are taking over the area. First Blend and now a trendy delicatessen next door. All these immigrants and their new businesses and entrepreneurial spirit eh?

Is Linda an Aussie? She told me she was German. Anyway she gave me her recipe for German cheesecake which is divine.

No there's no threat, yes it's recent; a deli's going to be opening in that shop.
