You'll all be thrilled. I was told by the workmen that it's going to be a Turkish restaurant. (They could of course be teasing).

Hmmm.....I think you're living in denial there, Hugh.....workmen with a sense of humour? (That's just a joke before I get shot down in flames.) I can't remember what was there before....if they've applied for a change of use I suppose it could be tracked down on Haringey's planning portal

But Bulgarians speak Bulgarian, not Russian. It's similar of course but a different language.
I'd love to have a Bulgarian restaurant back on the Lanes.
