Neil plumber
I had less joy with Neil. I was sent off to a plumbing place to purchase what would have been an expensive and unnecessary piece of equipment. But I couldn't pin Neil down to come and do the work anyway!

Yeah bit hit and miss with this fellow... Seems to do basic stuff ok but gets in a muddle when it's complicated. Also seems to always need to fetch something for the job ... Other plumbers seem to have a stock of consumables to hand...

Terrible! I used 'Plunge'. They weren't super cheap but they came on a bank holiday and fixed the problem very quickly. I was impressed and I'd use them again

He came once to diagnose the problem and arranged for a date to do the work. He never returned and never answered any of my calls. Disappeard without trace or explanation. Time waster. Very disappointing.

I just want to say I had a very good experience with Neil today. I had a gushing leaking kitchen tap. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and went straight off to buy the part. It was all fixed within an hour and saved me the expense of a new kitchen tap and fitting.
