May I respectfully suggest that given recent events your survey is not giving you a clear picture of obvious priorities?

Who are these people who respond that street prostitution is a priority for them? Could it be the girls working in the houses?

I think those were the old priorities John. Later in the newsletter is a para that says the new ones will be agreed this month and announced in April.
