Need a Landlord & Tenant solicitor! Help!

If you are a landlord there is a federation that may be able to advise and if you are a tenant I suggest you try Tyrer Roxburgh in Wood Green, Near Turnpike Lane - they certainly always knew their stuff on Landlord and tenant and were very good indeed. Good Luck

I have tried Tyrer Roxburgh. I didn't like them at all. They won't answer simple questions and are extremely slow. Is there anyone else? 

I am an ex-tenant.

You can try St James Church Legal Advice Centre which is a free drop-in service between 10 and 12 on Monday at St James’s Church N10 3DB and on Tuesday at Wilton Community Church N10 1LT, between 2 and 4 on Wednesday at the Salvation Army Centre Wood Green N22 6JA and between 9.30 and 12 on Saturday at St James

You can also go to Shelter who have an advice line as well as lots of online advice.

Citizen's Advice in Turnpike Lane or Tottenham will provide a list of housing solicitors in the area which you can ask for at reception
