North Mid rules are a bit more relaxed than for the North West London

Very relaxed rules! Our son is just out of recovery from an op on a broken ankle (ouch!) and the nurse has just phoned us, after visiting hours to come and visit :-)

A lot of hospitals now rely on visitors to do the low-level nursing - mealtimes, running errands, helping to toilet etc.  And not just for your own nearest + dearest either.
