Moving house
We're moving house in a month's time and I was just wondering if anyone had the contact details of any good removers or van men who might be able to help?

We used Twilly & Sons recently (they are local). We used them twice as "man with a van" but they brought a proper removal van so we got everything done in one load. Lovely drivers/movers both times. They charged the same as a guy with no proper equipment in a van too. Actually the first guy even left our sofa/chest of drawers safely strapped up for us so we could shift it easily again. So maybe get a quote from them.

We are in the process of moving today with easyshift.co.uk and they've been brill! They're local and despite a few problems with the piano they've remained calm and collected! Highly recommended.

I remember the four guys from our house moving company struggling to get the piano up a couple of front steps - my husband said it looked like the slaves building the pyramids! This is in contrast to the one man with trolley who had delivered it to us in the first place - he clearly knew what he was doing.
