Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

More grim news for the planet 2..."Nitrous Oxide more powerful greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide"

This nugget of information, via Hackney councillor Jon Burke, makes those piles little canisters all over Haringey (and indeed London), especially after local festivals, seem more than just a littering annoyance. They are very bad for the planet.

Not so fun fact - nitrous oxide, unit-for-unit, is a 235 times more powerful greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide. The annual consumption of nitrous oxide by people in the Netherlands has the same global warming impact as 80,000 return flights to Berlin

I use Co2 Bulbs and aware they can be recycled

Used to run a Air Gun Club and regularly take them to scrap dealer.  Admit it was several bucket loads a time

But currently throw my practise used bulbs in recycling bin

But rather like UK going green while China , Russia and other Countries pumping out even more
