Following on from my post a few weeks back (see: https://harringayonline.com/forum/topics/road-works-on-wightman-roa...) I noticed on Friday that a further fault in the power network was being worked on. It was at the Hewitt Road/Wightman corner where a section of overloaded cable was being repaired. It was low voltage (ie 240v) distributing power to users along the street. Here is a photo after he hole had been filled in.
This case didn't need the street to be closed to cars but could it be a straw in the wind?
I intend to return to this subject in future posts - when the elections are over.
