Frequency - we get four trains an hour off-peak. Pre-Covid it was six. Great Northern could have restored the extra services, they claim passenger numbers don't require it. There are plenty of trains available and not fully used, to operate more services.
Historical footnote, and VERY similar to TfL's proposal I see - this was the luxuriant proposal from GTR back in 2016:

In conjunction with the new trains and increased capacity, there will also be additional peak and off peak train services to and from Moorgate, increasing the frequency on the route creating a truly metro style service.
