I found my cat by leafletting all the surrounding houses: she had got trapped under floorboards and was too terrified to move for days. If someone is refurbishing, something similar may have happened.
Best of luck with finding Boots.
Thank you for this. Gives me hope. I wrote down the wrong date (can't believe it!). He's been missing for two nights and two days now.
I've done leafleting yesterday and today. Designed a poster and will have copies printed and laminated tomorrow. Will come back and announce his return. People have been so kind and helpful. I appreciate it.
Oh no! So sorry to hear. Boots often visits our garden (we're just on Burgoyne Road). We'll keep an eye out for him and please let us know if we can help with anything at all - with leafleting or anything else!
Awww, that's so nice to hear. I did some leafleting. Mostly for the houses between the passage and the Green Lanes. Have you received one? Do you mind telling me if you're further up? (I've done leafleting yesterday and today. Designed a poster and will have copies printed and laminated tomorrow).
Got the leaflet thanks, will continue to look out.
Thanks for the extra contact detail on the leaflet through the door, adding to the Ladder street location on your initial post - so many people just post 'missing cat' with no other info whatsoever - aargh.
What a gorgeous boy he is! I’m a local catsitter I will keep a look out for him when I’m on my visiting rounds. I’ll also tweet about him as I have local followers.
Just heard Boots been found safe & well in a flat off Railway Fields.
I’m sure Ananda will be back to update this post once she’s settled him back into their home.
Hello! Boots is home! Thank you everyone who helped with advice and keeping an eye out for him! He was hungry and thirsty, but otherwise perfectly fine!
