Pippin has been missing since last night 10 Sept 2015. This is very unusual behaviour for her - she never misses a meal. She is black, slight, and was wearing a red collar. She is microchipped.
Could you check your gardens, sheds, etc to see if she is trapped or injured. We are very concerned about her.
She is microchipped and neuteredMany thanks

thank you Alice. We are heartbroken and trying to stay positive.
Hi Tania. Sorry to hear your lovely cat is missing. Remember to call the microchip company, tell them she is missing and check that they have your correct contact details.
It often helps to empty some contents of your hoover outside your home (or put out something which has her scent) as she will recognise scent even if quite far away.
Flyers are useful, including roads with gardens backing on to your garden. Describe her collar on the flyer. Like you say, she may have got trapped in someone's house or shed by mistake or sometimes if a cat gets slightly injured in a fight, they lie low for a couple of days.
You've done the right thing by putting her details on Animal Search. There are good tips on finding a lost cat on here www.stokeycatsanddogs.co.uk
You probably do this anyway, so this is just general advice to other cat owners out there - it's a good idea to lock the catflap at night so that cats are safe inside at night as it reduces the risk of them getting lost or injured.
I know you're very worried, but it's good that she's microchipped as that can give you some peace of mind. Will keep a lookout and hopefully she will be home soon.
Dear Justine,
Many thanks for the information. Still looking for her.
Tania
