Hi all, just wanted to give a recommendation for Michael O'donnell. I found this builder's name on here and must say he was a God send. Everyone else thought our job was too small for them and would not even come to see it to give a quote. However, it required more than handy man type skills. Michael came along when he said he would, checked out the job and gave us a detailed quote.
Michael and a colleague made good a very leaky window sill, took the plaster off the internal wall were evevrything had bubbled up due to the ingress of water, replastered and repainted the whole wall. They had to come to the house three times as they were working around our electrician who was fitting a heater on the same wall.
All in all we are very happy with the work. He does bigger jobs too (kitchens, bathrooms, painting and decorating) and we will certainly contact him for quotes in the future.

We too can fully endorse Michael. He's just done two day 's work , insulating our basement. We had every confidence throughout the process.
He is refreshingly old school with a wealth of knowlege and experience in the building trade.
He is honest , trustworthy , tidy and considerate.
Only regret ...... , we didnt use Michael for previous projects in the house.
