Message from All Good Bookshop

Hi everyone,

So. Harumph. That email we sent about the events in the shop? Yeah, all being postponed, as you'd probably guessed. (although we’re hoping to host Carl Orr via zoom – more details when we get them)

We opened weeks before the first lockdown, and having people actually in the shop over the last few months has been absolutely lovely. We opened for the community, and it's been wonderful to welcome the community in. We're gutted that we're going to have to lock down again (and we're not hiding it well), but we'd rather everyone keeps safe and well.

And don't worry! We're not going anywhere... (except by bike)

The shop will be closed to customers, but we'll still be taking orders, we still have books in the shop, and we can still get books to you, wherever you are. If you're local, and you'd like, we can actually drop your orders to you by bike. If you're not, we can post them to you wherever you are.

Ordering is simple - email, call or tweet us with what you want, and we'll arrange payment with you.

If you'd like to help make sure we're still here in 2021, you can join the co-op! Share packages start at £100, and you'll get a lifetime 10% discount on books (and events when we reopen). They also, if we do say ourselves, make a wonderful Christmas present... you even get a certificate!
