Men and Van / removals firm recommendations please

I need to move a large dining table and 6 chairs does anyone have a recommendation for a good firm - it's for an elderly couple so y'know - nice people who will be slow and polite and all that good stuff.

Plus we will need a removals firm to do packing and moving - any ideas gratefully received
