There are proposals to develop 140 Room Hotel, 35 Room Hostel, Ground floor A3/café unit on the corner, A1 retail unit, this site is on the corner at the junction with Green Lanes and Seven Sisters Road.
You will also get a chance to view the drawings for the proposed site.
A public consultation will be held by the architects at the Park View Cafe, on Friday 12th December 2014, from 3pm until 8pm.

I hope it's an improvement on the 'hotels' along Seven Sisters Road. What it may do, I think, for those waiting for a northbound bus is to obscure the view of the Shard. Who said planning gain?!

Inevitable perhaps. Looks like we'll see the demolition of those rather attracive large Victorians on the corner there.

If they are looking for a classic design for a corner, they need not go far to find the Carpet Right building, the former Co-op - so good they built it twice.
