Man with a van needed for Sunday!

Hello there -

Can anyone recommend a cheap, reliable, helpful man (or indeed woman) with a van? Have a few bits of furniture that need moving back and forth round N4 this Sunday. Should only take two hours or so.

Would prefer to use a local business if possible...
