I am looking for a personal trainer with a sound knowledge of physiology to support with building strength with the right technique for the female body (not someone who just knows how to push towards giant biceps, protein shakes etc.).

I have the most brilliant PT called Maxine. She works from The Gym in Manor House but if you don’t have membership there I a sure she can be flexible about where you work together.
I love sessions with her as they are tailored specifically to my various aches and pains and my fitness goals.
