Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Looking for a reliable reasonably priced electrician - small piece of work (doorbell and security light) but needed!
Hi everyone - there's not been much activity lately re electricians so wasn't sure if the highly recommended people referred to some years ago were still about...
my doorbell and front security light which have been erratic for the last year (sometimes work sometimes don't - and generally 'don't' when it has been raining) have finally both definitely died on me over the last few weeks.
I had someone look at them quickly about this time last year when the trouble was manifesting but as an intermittent fault and he was in a hurry as was doing another job - couldn't work out the problem. The doorbell problem is particularly irritating so I really want to get this sorted.. but electricians often don't like small jobs like this..
Recommendations wanted pleased for someone who won't charge the earth for these fiddly little jobs which are presumably interconnected somehow as both emanate from the front door area and I think are both wired into the front hall circuit..

Hi, I had a small job done by Dennis Grande (07731880726), whom I found via this forum.
This was roughly a couple of years ago, worth checking out if he is still around...
