Looking for a pro/competent amateur videographer/editor

Hello there. I'm a chef, looking to make some instructional cookery videos for an online course.

I'm wondering if there's anyone out there with their own equipment who'd be willing to take on a few days work shooting and editing for less than the prohibitive cost of going with a production company? I don't need anything super slick, just a cut above what I can do on my iphone...
