Looking for a house to buy on the ladder/nearby!

We're a family of 4 (v recent addition...) and of course, now needing more space. We wondered if anyone was looking to sell on the ladder/adjacent - we'd love first refusal if so.

We've missed out on a few houses we've viewed, and despite being signed up to A Pepe/Winkworths etc, thought it may be worth reaching out here just in case.
