London Cooperative Society

I noticed a new Co-op Funeral outlet in High Street Hornsey recently (near church tower).
At Hornsey Historical Society today a man named Neil Houghton called in. He is the archivist for the LCS (London Coperative Society) and is now based I an office attached to the funeral outlet.
He is an Archaelogist, runs Walthamstow Historical Society,and very interesting and knowledgable on buildings history.
If anyone is interested they can contact him at the new funeral home. Especially about Coop buildings and history.
