Loft conversions???

I asked a builder when they were doing some other work for me and they said ballpark is £25k for main part, £30k if they go over the extra bit to put a shower room in. Hope that makes sense.

I was once quoted £30k too so that seems about right (included en suite)

We are having our loft done at the moment but we are building two dormers and a large en suite bathroom. Happy to ask our loft company for you tomorrow.

Roof Top Rooms do a really good job, they do everything from design to completion for you from start to finish, I can recommend.
