Locations required for a short film - backed by Film London and Haringey Film Office!

Hi

I'm shooting a short film as part of the borough film fund (Film London) and our team is one of 3 representing Haringey and Islington! The best films get chosen to go through to the London Film Festival in October! The film is a dark drama with a sci fi twist!.  Predominantly set in a single basement / ground floor location! We need help to find our perfect location!

We're looking for a 

basement flat, ideally with a garden

and we are also looking for a cul de sac victorian terrace street, with friendly neighbours that would be happy for us to film there for a couple of hours on a weekend. 

We've got an amazing cast, crew we just need our locations!! There is a modest budget available!

Any thoughts would be most helpful!!
