Local dance classes
I really want to find some dance classes nearby for adults as I need to work on my general fitness and wellbeing. I used to go to classes in central London before Covid and would like to get back into it but would rather go somewhere local. If anyone has any recommendations I would be very grateful

Hi
There are some great Zumba classes at the new YMCA Fitness Centre.
I also go to classes at THE PLACE which is near to Euston station if that's not too far.

Tina runs this company. They have adult classes based at Chestnuts Community Centre in Chestnuts park.

They do Lindy Hop at the Langham Club on Thursdays - there's a monthly Saturday social dance there as well. https://www.swingpatrol.co.uk/classes/harringay/

Hi.....There is a great Creative dance class for older women at Tottenham Green Leisure Centre on Wed mornings, 10-11 AM. We are all fit and able, not sure if this is appropriate for you?
