Let's reconcile Facebook with the taxman

I've just deactivated my Facebook account because of the company's resourcefulness in keeping money away from the UK taxman. Anyone else interested?

As I understand it, FB UK gave all profits away to employees as bonuses and wage rises which will then be taxed from the employee.

FPR is absolutely right that Facebook, Google and others are complying to the letter of the law. The question really is who wrote the rules?
