Let's get physical

Last night at Area Forum, I was given a card by a young man promoting the Active with Ease programme to encourage those people who do little or no physical activity to get active (no, he didn't just give one to me, we all got one)

Anyway, it's open to anyone in Haringey and Enfield, aged over 18 who currently does little or no exercise.  They offer a wide range of free and low cost beginner level physical activity and sports programmes.
