Lease extension solicitors: who would you recommend?

We are planning to extend the lease on our flat (Ladder conversion) and are looking for who to use.  Has anyone extended in recent years?  Who would you recommend?  Who would you avoid?  We want someone who knows their stuff, ideally with local knowledge and who will get on with the job without needing to be chased.  Appreciate your thoughts.

Hi, I recommend using Streathers Solicitors , they have a branch in Crouch End. A bit more pricey but good service.
