Last minute painting and decorating job 20th-28th April!

We are looking to have two rooms painted in our house this week (20th-28th)! Does anyone have recommendations of a reliable painter/decorator who may be available at this very short notice.

I have a friend who might be of help. He is not a painter and decorator though. He has painted our house before and did a good job. How much are you paying?
