Large dead fish in New River - anyone know why?

There’s some work going on in one of the gardens of Wightman. They’ve cut through the fence and workmen from there seem to regularly be on the bank. I just wondered if it was there.

Can you ask on Facebook to try an find out where?

I had noticed that cut-though. Is someone putting themselves in an entrance of questionable legality?

Is there Green Algy in the Water

Is the Water level Low , which would cause oxygen issues  

Remember being in Finsbury Park, when Thames water cut flow levels down when new larger flow pipe come into use. Which caused fish deaths

Have Thames Water been advised of Dead fish ?

As normally they will remove them to stop water from being effected by dead fish

As a past angler aware that low water levels does kill fish due to heat and oxygen issues

I thought the river looked a bit milky early on Tuesday morning down by Finsbury Park.
