If you're new to the area or a long term local, we can all use a bit of downtime.
The Langhan Club is now taking membership applications.
If you want a watering hole for a quick drink after work or somewhere to socialise in a family friendly environment, why not come for a look-see.
Friday 15th Feb we are holding a (fun) quiz night, come and join us.

Very glad to hear that Therese. A few of us here on HoL have been banging on about local folk using the Langham more for a some years but not many took the challenge!
It's a bit of a tardis really- looks small but is very big and there is old-fashioned friendliness and mixing of generations, something that you dont find too often these days. If the club got in around 50 new members then it would help them out a lot and also help out Harringay in terms of having another local community venue.
I know we cant go back to the 'old days' when club life was so central and strong but I do believe it has its place still and can offer such a lot. So, hope more people go in there soon.

Nice comments Thérèse. There are differing prices for membership but I think that full membership is £30. It is still only 60 pence a day.
