£30,000 for a site like this. Where did I go wrong.
Mathew Taylor, Head honcho at the RSA has the view that out of work journalists should be given a year and £30,000 to set up sites like this one.

30 grand! You've been had! You in your naivete just went ahead and did it. What you should have done is spent the last two years writing a big old blog about what you'd like to do and tweeting about how good it would be to do it if only someone would pay you. *Shakes head in disbelief at your folly*
