Kids' Yoga Class at Asian Centre

KIDS YOGA CLASSES AT ASIAN CENTRE - Start Date:  Saturday, 25 May 2013 From 12 pm to 1 pm

I am pleased to inform you that at Asian Centre we have organised Yoga classes for children on every Saturday with effect from 25 May 2013.  Details of the classes are follows:

Venue:  Asian Centre, 8 Caxton Road, Wood Green, London N22 6TB

Contents:  Yoga & Holistic Health therapies

Recommendation:  Please wear loose clothes and refrain from eating at least two hours before the session

Day & Time:  On every Saturday from 12 noon to 1 pm  Start Date:  Saturday, 25th May 2013

Charges:  £5 per session

Parking facilities:  Asian Centre has its own car park.  You can also park in some of the side roads on Saturdays.

A Unique opportunity for the whole family to be involved on Saturdays:

1)    From 9:30 to 11:30 -  Adults Yoga

2)    From 12 pm to 1 pm – Weight Management Course for adults on the ground floor

3)    From 12 pm to 1 pm – Kids Yoga.  An opportunity for children to participate in Yoga on the first floor

Previous knowledge is not necessary:  Every child will be taught on a one-to-one basis to ensure that they have mastered the techniques taught in the classes, irrespective of age or skill levels.  All the equipment including Yoga mats etc. will be provided by the centre..
