What: Jolly Babies is a friendly drop-in group for parents and carers with children under 3. It's a great place to meet and talk to new people while your little one has fun with other children. There's a special area for babies, a safe space for toddlers and a fantastic outdoor area with ride-on toys; all for only £2 per family which includes tea/coffee and healthy snacks.
Where: We meet every non-holiday Monday from 2-4.30pm at Burghley Road Under 5's Community Centre (23 1/2 Burghley Rd, N8 0QG).
Want to help?: Jolly Babies is run by a small group of volunteers. We're always looking for new volunteers so if you're able help, whether regularly or now and then, we'd love to hear from you. The sorts of things volunteers do include opening and closing the centre, setting up and packing away equipment, developing rosters etc.
More info: Just turn up on a Monday or send me a message on here.

Great. Have heard good things about Jolly Babies and am looking for something to do on Mondays. Thanks for the info.
Jolly Babies is great. (I do volunteer there but would say this anyway!) Everyone is very friendly and £2 a family is a bargain especially considering drinks and snacks are included!
It's a real asset locally - especially as I have found there is not much to do in the afternoons in the Wood Green area for little ones, particularly for babies over a year old.
My son is coming up to two years old and he loves it - there is enough room to run around inside and plenty of toys to play with in bad weather and the outside area is a real bonus, with plenty of outdoor toys.
He enjoyed it as a baby too as there is a room with lots of soft play mats for them to lie/crawl/sit on.
Come along and try it out!
