Is there a reason for this veritable forest of satellite dishes?

I've noticed this unusually thick forest of rather large satellite dishes opposite the Arena Shopping Park before, but just passed it by. What with the ADA Satellite shop being due to move up the road to Grand Parade, I thought it was a good time to ask if anyone knew why there's this forest of satellite dishes around ADA's current premises.
I haven't noticed anything else like it along Green Lanes. Now, this could just be because I'm only occasionally perceptive or it could be that there's a technical reason for the residents in those flats needing so many dishes. It could also just be coincidence, or it could be an advertising ploy by ADA. I mention this since, if it's the latter, will we see the rash spreading to Grand Parade?
Any idea anyone?

Will any of the funding coming for improvements along the Lanes/Grand Parade be able to be used to do a general clear up of redundant dishes does anyone know?
