Interior Renovation - recommendations

Hi Everyone

My husband and I have just moved into a 2 bed flat on the Harringay Ladder. We are looking to redo the living room and bedroom which would include replacing the flooring (potentially restoring the hardwood floors) and also restoring the original fireplace which is currently behind a plasterboard. We would also be keen to restore the original victorian tiling in the entrance way.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good builder who may have some experience with restoration work, and also any recommendations for some with experience in restoring tiling?
