Inspired Facilities fund - Apply now

Inspired Facilities forms part of Places People Play, Sport England’s mass participation plan to deliver a sporting legacy from London 2012. The fund will invest £50 million of National Lottery funding in up to 1000 community sports projects between 2011 and 2014.

Inspired Facilities could help you refurbish or upgrade your sports facility or convert an existing building into a venue suitable for sport. The second funding round is now open for applications.

Community and voluntary organisations, including parish and town councils can apply for grants between £20,000 and £50,000, with at least 70% of the funding available set aside for these groups.

Local authorities, statutory bodies and education establishments such as schools can apply for grants between £20,000 and £150,000.
