The application for a certificate of lawfulness for the illegal conversion at 69 Effingham Road has been rejected again. A full copy of the officer's report can be found
here.
Planning expect it to be appealed (although given the evidence from both neighbours and the estate agent who sold it saying that it wasn't two separate flats, let's hope this one doesn't get away with it). You may also be interested to know that the same applicant is currently subject to two revocation actions in relation to previous applications for a Certificate of Lawfulness which were granted on what turned out to be false evidence. One is for 82 Warham Road, the other for 69 Roseberry Gardens.
