Tragically, a cyclist was killed on Archway Road on Monday.
Yet another.
A senior police officer recently suggested to me that one way the council might improve safety, is to join up the (fragmented) cycle "lanes".
In keeping with the original thread, I link to today's BBC story:
Why is cycling so popular in the Netherlands?
Cycling and heavy vehicular traffic just does not mix.
I hope the authorities might consider taking this seriously.
