You can make a start with an anonymous two minute test and get advice based on your results. You can print or email the advice and if necessary make a reduction plan.

You can also request a follow-up phone call after six weeks and, if you're a Haringey resident, find out where to get further confidential support in Haringey. Non-Haringey residents are directed to a national service directory.

dontbottleitup is run by HAGA, a charity offering counselling and support to individuals and their families affected by problem drinking in Haringey.
