Anyone got any good recipes with honey in them?

We are having a Bees and Butterflies Day at Railway Fields on 28 July. We want to provide some bee-related refreshments.

Thanks so much everyone for all your ideas - they sound delicious! Honey-sweetened lemonade and flapjacks sound ideal for our event - plus there are some things here I'd like to try out at home... Hope you can join us on 28th.
