Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hedge trimming needed.

A while ago a chap knocked on my door and asked me if I wanted my hedge trimmed.

I was half asleep and said no. I wish I'd said yes. I do it myself usually but I've had to admit that I suck at it.

Does anyone have a local person they use to do theirs? Would be ideal if they could clean up all the branches and take them away too!

Dear Paul,

I am a small scale, local gardener/handyman and get much of my work through recommendations on HoL.

I can certainly bag up for you after trimming the hedge to your spec but cannot dispose of them because the licence is too expensive. Having said that Haringey Council's doorstep recycling service is excellent: they will take up to five bags per week (sometimes more if they're in a good mood!)

My rate is £16/hr
